"Everything was easy peasy, clean and quiet "

"The staff were friendly! Check in and out was easy! The valet (expensive in the whole area) was fast and professional. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We didn’t know they were renovating the lobby and probably wouldn’t have stayed there if we had known but the room was nice and the location was great! "

"My only complaint is we were in room 202 and the game room must have been right below us. We were woken up both nights around midnight from the other patrons yelling/screaming. It sounded like it was right outside our window. I called the front desk to ask them to not yell so loud and i was told he could not do that. We were kept awake from the yelling. I dont want to be "that person" but you should be able to get a good night sleep when paying for a hotel room. Otherwise we had a great stay! We went to the bar on friday night for late night snacks and a couple drinks and everything was so good! "

"what hot tub, not in my room "

"Needs some repairs, regular maintenance. Fridge gasket falling off, not closing properly. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Tub drain wouldn’t close. Had better, had worse. Mid. "

"Hotel was perfect for walking the city, the welcoming staff were amazing and very helpful, the only complaint was the awful pillows, not comfortable at all."

"Someone from housekeeping was on their phone at 830am talking so so loud right outside my room. They also tried getting into my room at 9am, if I hadnt put the bar on the door they would have walked right in while I was trying to sleep. Checkout isnt till noon!!"
