"A great hotel in a fantastic location with a lovely pool. The hotel was spotlessly clean and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful."

"Clean room and good breakfast and nice views of the Lake. I would stay then again."

"No air conditioning but the staff was able to get us a fan which helped a lot. It’s an older building but fits the general vibe of the town. Overall, was fine for our stay in Orta."

"The location was great, and the staff were amazing :)"

"The staff were so helpful, the breakfasts were amazing and all the facilities were very good. There is a bubble pool, sauna, relaxation rooms and various massages that can be booked. I had the singing bowls massage it was superb."

"Everything was fantastic! We had a wonderful time 💕"

"Lovely apartment in the historical centre of Orta. Niccolò was a very friendly and helpful host. A good place to stay for travelling around the lake and parking was very easy. Any saxophonist will be interested to hear we visited Rampone Cazzoni saxophone factory in Quarna Sotto high above the lake."

"The location is nice, but we were disappointed. Contrary to what we expected and what was mentioned, there was no free wifi (there was no wifi at all!), the parking was 1.3 km away and this was not a hotel but a series of appartements. The one we got was not the one we rented! And at the end, it was extremely overpriced for what we got. To be avoided!"

"This property was absolutely beautiful and came with every amenity you could ask for. It was also a super convenient location, no more than one minutes from the sights of Orta San Giulio. Most importantly, the host Cristina was amazing to work with. Definitely one of the best hosts we have had in our VRBO experiences.Would highly recommend for sure!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at the White Lilac! A beautiful property with wonderful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend and would happily return!"

"A great place to stay close to Lago Maggiore and Malpensa Airport."

"This was an amazing hotel - request a water view - you won’t be disappointed"

"The breakfast was abundant and delicious. The staff could not be more courteous."

"What a beautiful little hidden gem in the heart of Quarna Sotto- the hosts were so friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were excellent with freshly baked treats each morning- the area is beautiful - so peaceful and remote and is ideally placed for exploring the lake and the mountains we would definitely love to return- just perfect!"

"This is are second stay at this property. Room last year was much nicer, so we were very disappointed."

"Excellent hot breakfast, old building but modernized, cost very reasonable, very helpful management was able to have some English speaking channels added to my tv, wow. There’s a restaurant on site as well. Being right next to the train station is a big plus, but trains are infrequent and there’s no elevator or escalator. And no direct service to the airport or to Milan. There’s not much to see in the town itself but it’s very close to Arona by train (four minutes). From Arona you can get...

"We had a lovely stay here and had the buffet breakfast in the morning, extremely central and only a 10 minute walk from the port and the train station. Felt like a very cosy and safe place, even had some board games available which we played"

"Fantastically clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the lake and the gardens. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Ery much enjoyed our brief stay."
