"Extremely ridiculous check in process. Sent to 3 different properties to check in via someone on WhatsApp who randomly messaged me. Delayed check in process by 1.5 hours. Hotel is not a hotel its rooms above a cafe. Room was dirty upon arrival, fridge was repulsive with mouldy products inside and mould on tray as shown to cafe staff.
