"overall this place was great, the interiors were beautiful, and it even has an auto-heat rack to dry your towels. It's not too far from the city area where you can walk but if we wanted to go somewhere far using public transportation, it seems you would have to walk a little farther and have to switch transportation. We ended up using Uber most of the time which is still good. Our flight came in really early before the staff came in so we had trouble leaving our luggage. But the staff were...

"It was a pleasant stay, not everything perfect, good service"

"We went to the hotel at 4:30 PM on Wednesday. Reception was closed even though the timing was 7 am to 10 pm. They had 2 phone numbers on a paper in order to contact reception. We called both numbers multiple times to no avail. At 8 PM we finally decided to just leave this hotel. We contacted expedia and they booked us a hotel in Budapest which was our next destination. I do not recommend this hotel at all because no one was there! "

"I stayed here for four nights while visiting Vienna. It is close to the U-bahn, in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, close to the Karmelitermarkt and taken care of by two lovely and kind ladies who keep the place spotless. It is a bit older, but it has everything you need for a relaxed stay, and it is kept spotless by the caretakers. Highly recommended."

"The hotel and parking are very easy to find, the host is wonderful, mapped out exactly how to use the Metro (located a 2 min walk from hotel) to get to downtown Vienna, The Metro is so easy to use. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and breakfast has a great selection. Would very highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Vienna . "
