The bed sheets had a yellow stain. Spent 4 nights and towels or bed sheets were not changed. There’s an awful smell from the bathroom and hallway. Morning breakfast was ok. Staff was helpful and location was great.

I had a wonderful stay at Aurum Uffizi. The staff were kind, friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. The food was always fresh and enjoyable. Even though the hotel is close to shops, restaurants, and major tourist attractions, the area felt very safe and quiet, making it a perfect place to relax during my holiday. Highly recommended!

I loved everything about this Hotel. The staff greeted me by name as soon as we came in. The ambiance was a mixture of old world elegance and modern amenities. The room was so nice - wood beam ceilings and a great mattress. The breakfast room was beautiful and the food was diverse and delicious. We had a lovely drink in the bar just because the bar area was so nice.

"Such beautiful accomodations, very clean, everything you need. Seemed very new. Very neat facilities, weren't around enough to enjoy them, it was closed before we got home in evening and before we left in morning. The laundry was available and open until 11, it did require a specific laundry card ..."
