  • Located in the charming and peaceful hamlet of Bosco, in Casanova Lerrone, the Mansarda Albero Verde apartment awaits you for a rejuvenating holiday. Surrounded by the green Ligurian hills, it offers a splendid and relaxing panoramic view of the mountains.



    This elegant 100 m² attic can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The bright and welcoming interiors include a living room perfect for relaxing, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 comfortable bedrooms (two with double beds and one with a practical sofa bed for two), and 2 full bathrooms.



    Air conditioning is available only in the living room and hallway, efficiently cooling the living area and common spaces. High-speed Wi-Fi (ideal for video calls and remote work). Washing machine, TV, books, and children’s toys are provided. Towels and bed linen are included. Secure storage for motorcycles and bicycles is available.



    Enjoy a private open terrace, perfect for sunbathing in total privacy. Guests also have free access to a large shared outdoor area with a communal pool (open May–September) and a lush garden with outdoor furniture and an outdoor shower.



    Restaurant 1.7 km away (1–2 minutes by car). Bar and minimarket 3.8 km (5 minutes by car). The sea and Albenga’s beaches are only 17 km (20 minutes by car).

Ländliches Ligurien mit allem Komfort und doch nicht Abseits

Wir berichten sehr gerne von einem rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt in den frühen Sommerferien. Die umsorgte aber nie aufdringliche Betreuung der Vermieter und die Versorgung mit leckeren Produkten aus der Agricultur ist neben dem tollen Apartment mit drei Schlafzimmern, 2 schönen Bädern und funktionierender Klimaanlage und schönem und gepflegten Außenpool hervorzuheben. Die Fahrt an die Küste ist mit 25-40 Minuten auf einer guten Landstrasse ohne Serpentinen sehr gut machbar. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist topp und wir kommen gerne einmal wieder. Danke!
