Milva's Nest with free parking

Leaving in the countryside i completely fell in love with the view and i tried using the colours and the heght of the apartment to let the guest feel what i feel when i’m in this little house! Hope that they love it like i do!

Wonderful place with a great view.

This was a fantastic apartment for my husband & I. The apartment is located on a cute street, and we were able to walk to all the restaurants, stores and sites. The view was also amazing! We will definitely be back. Thank you, Simona.

Wonderful stay

Milva’s Nest in Orvieto, Italy, is a wonderful gem nestled in an amazing location. It offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience, situated just a short walk from the town center. We enjoyed a peaceful retreat away from the crowds while still having easy access all of Orvieto's charm. The accommodations are comfortable with amazing views. Simona was a great host and very responsive.

We stayed for 11 days at Milva's nest. Simona has though of everything to make our visit comfortable and enjoyable. The views from the rooms and balcony are stunning. The art works are tasteful and fun. Best place we have ever stayed and we have stayed in many. Grazie Simona.

Milva’s Nest was absolutely the perfect apartment for us in Orvieto! Simona and her husband, Luca, were outstanding hosts from making sure we knew where to park to checking in on us daily. Literally the most comfortable bed and pillows that left us feeling so refreshed everyday! The apartment is decorated to make you feel right at home. She included wonderful recommendations on dining and activity options. The view from the apartment has outstanding views of the hillside. People come to this area for the views and we had it every morning and night from the balcony and windows. We would love to come back again when we are back in Orvieto!

Perfection in Orvieto

This apartment was the most beautiful, comfortable, and well thought out rental we have experienced. Wonderful views, lots of interesting books (!) well organized kitchen, good sound proofed windows for those early morning Vespas. Simona was friendly and accommodating. We wished we could have stayed for a month!

Charming and functional apartment with beautiful view

This apartment is just perfect for a couple. We stayed for a few days in November and were totally pleased with our experience. The apartment is pleasant and makes the best use of space and has every conceivable amenitie. Breakfast on the balcony, views of the valley and a comfortable bed and living area in a tasteful and relaxing environment made for a perfect stay. Communication with the owner was delightful.

Quaint, quiet …. and just right

Simona has created a comfortable little spot to stay in Orvieto. The apartment lacks for nothing; charm, comfort, location and the view. Milva’s Nest is spotless, the bed quite comfortable, the bathroom/shower great and the kitchen is certainly functional. Washer AND dryer came in handy. Definitely a redo.

What an exceptional experience in Orvieto! Milva’s Nest is perfectly situated in the oldest part of town, with breathtaking views of the countryside. Simona has appointed the apartment beautifully, and it feels like home. She has it so well stocked, too. If you’re a reader, you’ll be super happy with the library! We had an amazing time in this beautiful city, at the perfect apartment. We’ll be back!!
