Located in the recently built Waterside One, this luxurious condo features the best views on the lake. Walk in to your exclusive corner penthouse and find newly upgraded beds, furnishings, and decor!



Our unit has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a 12' x 34' boat slip and PWC slip! Waterside One is known for being in the heart of Osage beach while having the best views the lake has to offer!



The Space:

Our corner penthouse has a huge patio with a fire pit and two sitting areas to enjoy the incredible unobstructed view of the lake and the state park. The living room has double sliding glass to open up the area even more to the gorgeous patio. The condo also has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms with brand new updated furnishings! All bedrooms are equipped with mounted 55" flat screen TV's with Roku streaming devices. Our living room also features a surround sound system as you enjoy your bluetooth music or our oversized 85" flatscreen TV!



The master suite has its own walkout to the patio, California King bed, blackout blinds, and a large bathroom suite with a double vanity and glass shower. The second and third bedrooms have brand new queen beds and furniture along with the wall mounted TVs. If you need more bed space we also have a premium queen air mattress available upon request.



Our kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need along with its own COFFEE BAR! We will provide you with enough to get you started with your stay including: K Cups, Keurig, coffee pot, french press, pour over, tea, hot cocoa, decaf, ground coffee, and filters.



Waterside One is located in the HEART of Osage Beach. There are tons restaurants and shops within minutes of the complex. Waterside One only has 20 condos in the complex giving you the privacy you prefer. The complex also has a private pool with comfortable areas to lay out and enjoy the sun right next to the water! Our condo is located on the top floor with both stair and elevator access.



Check-in is 4pm and Check-Out is 10am unless otherwise arranged. You will receive the condo access code and pool/dock code the day before your reservation begins. Waterside One has its own parking lot and doesn't require any parking pass. There isn't any on site boat trailer parking but you can find that at the nearby state park launch sites.



Our home is smoke free, no pets, we also have a Ring doorbell, and the minimum age to reserve is 21.



Guest Access:

You have full access to the entire condo, patio, pool, boat slip, and PWC slip! Enjoy the stunning views of the lake while you grill out on the large gas grill and patio!



The Neighborhood:

Waterside One is in the heart of Osage Beach with a huge outlet mall right down the road, tons of amazing restaurants, and easy water access to the best spots!



Getting Around:

You can park anywhere you'd like in the designated Waterside One parking! We also provide a boat and PWC slip so whether you're getting around by boat or car we've got you covered!



Other Things to Note:

There is ramp access to the elevator along with stairs leading directly to our corner unit.
