Anchors Away - Spacious Margaritaville Estates Home!

  • Great location with the 3 bedroom 3.5 bath Margaritaville Estate home. Let the fun begin as you step inside the open floor plan. Living Room features leather couches and flat screen TV. Dining room has seating for 8 guest at the table. Kitchen comes equipped with everything you would need to cook for your family!

    Master bedroom includes King bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have 2 Queen beds, TVs, mini refrigerators and coffee pots.

    There are 2 full bathrooms on this level as well as another half bath on the main level.

    Enjoy the open air deck complete with a gas grill.

    Enjoy 2 outdoor community pools or hop on over to Margaritaville to enjoy the dining, shopping, lounges, indoor water park, coffee shop, bowling, arcade or golf course. Osage Beach is a short drive down Highway KK for more of the same!

    **If you have a larger group, please note that we also manage the home next door. Search for Deja Blue (VRBO # 9418072). You could sleep up to 20 people between the 2 properties. Deja Blue can be seen in the second to last photo.

Ok experience

We loved the space of the property but house wasn't very clean- such as dirty sheets, garbage tucked behind furniture from previous guests, lots of dead bugs and spiderwebs, dirty couch pillows and trash in drawers. Unit also needed painted and repairs done. It was ok for what we needed but the uncleanliness was very disappointing.

Family reunion

Layout of rooms was very conducive for enjoying time together yet individual room gave us privacy at the same time. I was not impressed at all with the cleanliness of the property; water stains on the ceiling, main room carpet was filthy, cobwebs in the corners... Needs a good deep clean. I was told the previous renters mentioned foam on top of the hot tub and some debris at the bottom so someone would be coming to look at the evening we checked in or the next morning, nobody to my knowledge came by. I had read about the hot tub not working on a previous review.

House needs maintenance.

The house needed several places that required updating. There were places that needed repair and painting. One door to the outside would not open. Needed painting on the ceiling in the family room. Stains on the ceiling. The stairs are pulling away from the wall in the family room, and the carpet needed cleaning. It needs to be sprayed for insects. Several spiders on the walls. The stove vent was extremely dirty. The hot tub was not clean. I have pictures if needed to prove the conditions of the house. I know that the house is older but was not worth the money it cost to stay there.

House definitely isn’t perfect - lots of stains, water damaged ceilings, etc. But, everything that needed to be clean (kitchen, linens, bathrooms, etc) was clean and, for the price, I think it was worthwhile.

Great family weekend

We can to Lake of the Ozarks for a relaxing weekend. The house was great for the 3 couples. We each had our own private space with a nice bathroom. Was nice to walk around the area. And the area felt very safe and was quiet.
