STUNNING TOP FLOOR with vaulted ceilings condo in the family friendly complex of Heron Bay (21 mile marker) features a King bed, Queen pullout sofa, smart TVs, fully stocked kitchen, access to complex outdoor pool (seasonal), coin laundry on premises, a 10x26 boat slip (included) and boat trailer parking ($5 per day additional fee)!

Restaurants, live music, swim-up pool bars, outdoor adventures and kids entertainment all within a short drive!

This one- bedroom-one- bathroom has been completely remodeled with new and comfortable furnishings. It's a perfect place to relax, unwind, and sit on the deck to enjoy the main channel view!

The kitchen includes a stove/oven, microwave, coffee machine (uses coffee grounds and k-cups) and is equipped with everything you need to cook a great meal together.

The balcony has an electric grill for your outdoor grilling, a high top table and chairs and rocking chairs to enjoy the spectacular view of the main channel, cove and pool.

Access to outdoor complex pool, open Memorial Day Weekend through September, based on HOA management discretion/weather.
A 10 x 26 boat slip and trailer parking is available; advanced notice and permit required ($5 per day additional fee).
A coin-op washer and dryer is located on the complex premises.

Quiet Hours: 11pm to 9am
No Smoking in condo or on balcony
No pets
Do not hang any item over deck railing (towels, etc)
No parking on hill leading down to condos
No open flames, charcoal, or fireworks
Do not throw anything from deck
Do not leave any items including trash bags outside of condo, patio, parking lot, etc
No Lewd Conduct, this will result in ejection.

We are boating enthusiasts in town for a short business stay. The condo fit our needs perfectly, great location to local amenities, great view, we had time to rent a boat and made use of the condo docks which were clean, solid, stable structures. very much enjoyed our stay and we would return for a vacation.

This is a great spot right on the lake. Husband and I enjoyed our stop off here. Place is clean and perfect for a couple. We enjoyed a swim in the pool and had a wonderful peaceful stay.

Wonderful stay!

The place was really neat and smells good. My small family of 3 enjoyed our stay because the condo’s location is infront of the lake. We had an early breakfast while enjoying the scene. And it was really fun. Even the weather.
