Located at The Knolls Resort in Osage Beach, this 3 bedroom, 3 bath waterfront condo offers the perfect space for your lake getaway!

This first floor condo only has one step up into the unit. Enter into the dining room where you'll find a 6-top dining room table, with seating for 2 more at the breakfast bar. Seating in the living room offers a couch and recliner.

The Master bedroom features a King sized bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet and access to the deck, with a stunning lake view! The en suite bathroom features a shower with a seat, and a double vanity.

Bedroom 2 features a Queen sized bed, as well as a Twin sized bed, and access to the hall guest bathroom with a shower.

Bedroom 3 features a King sized bed, a TV and deck access, with en suite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo.

Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with all major appliances, a full size washer/dryer, and large deck, half screened in, with an amazing view of the main channel.

This complex has plenty to offer - bring your boat as it has boat launching and boat trailer parking onsite. Complex also has indoor & outdoor pools, tennis & basketball courts, playground, fire pit, charcoal grilling area, lake swim platform, fitness area and clubhouse with game area, hot tub & sauna.

Knolls 311

The condo was very nice and had everything we needed except a working ice maker. Both larger bedrooms were missing a vertical blind that made it hard to keep the sun out in the morning. Nice lake view and condo. We enjoyed our stay at the lake.
