It was a clean comfortable room. Safe environment, easy access to several konbini, direct access #18 exit from the station. The buffet dinner for ¥3300 was steal of a deal. Room was super cozy and great AC. Will stay again.

Great hotel for Osaka stay! Room was very modern and great breakfast buffet. Close to rail and 45 min by train to Kyoto and Kobe! I went to both and back to the room at night.

Very clean. My room was small but was as expected from the pictures. Very good for solo travelers or couples.staff was helpful when I needed it. The breakfast add on was great also. The restaurant was nice, clean and spacious. Close to a lot of stores and restaurants. About a 15-20 min walk to the Dotonbori.

The location is fantastic (but bring ear plugs). Built right above Hommachi station (use exits 16 & 17 dont listen to Google maps), the hotel is also by a highway so it can get a little noisy during the night. We were so grateful for the breakfast buffet, it helped us start our days slowly and get our thoughts together before navigating a new city. There were classic foods, specialty coffee, new-to-us Japanese breakfast foods, and several options for my vegan spouse. The room was spacious enough to keep our suitcases under the bed, the TV also had screen mirroring so we could watch some movies in the evening to relax too. We will 100% be booking this location again, and has definitely given us a taste for the APA chain going forward.

room & bathroom are small but serviceable. Luggage is store under bed which was not ideal for our 22 night stay, but was common at this price point. Location for our uses was ideal. The hotel was located on exit 18 of the subway station, so no outside walking is required on cold or rainy days

Well placed and convenient hotel. With the Midosuji, Chuo and Yotsubashi metro lines it’s easily accessible. Front of desk staff are very helpful and amenable at all times. Breakfast and Dinner Buffet are both affordable and excellently presented! Highly recommended hotel!

Surprising that if you wanted to use the pool you have to pay but the Onsen was included. For Western culture travelers with kids/teenagers we would have prefer to have the free access to the pool. Hotel was nice and comfortable. The staff was friendly but not sure if it was the language barriers that make the process of things slow. Over all I would recommend the hotel.
