The staff were all business-friendly, and fluent in English. A nice young guy (Shiragami) was, particularly, warm, cheerful, enthusiastic, and professional. The hotel was well maintained and managed.

This was an excellent location and a very lovely hotel! The room and the property were exceptional, especially for the price point. I would definitely recommend staying here!! They switch out fresh towels, robes and toiletries daily without request. The hotel staff were lovely and very welcoming. If I am ever in the area again I would choose this hotel again in a heart beat!

The rooms are clean and staff is helpful! :) But the double bed rooms are good for one person. If you are a group, consider having your own rooms.

The hotel was located in a very convenient area for shopping as well as walk straight to Nara Park. Room was very clean. Laundry machines were easily accessible, and the staff was more than happy to exchange my 1000 yen bill into coins for the machines. Check-in and check-out was very quick as well. I would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Nara.

Good hotel in a quieter neighborhood of Osaka. Close enough to restaurants and shops and the subway station. Rooms are small but well appointed and the bed is comfortable. The shower is great and the staff are friendly.
