As per capsule hotels normally are, it was a bit stuffy. It didn't seem the most hygenic in the nature of sharing a living space with 30 people in close proximity. Also, did not like how the toilets were just on the other side of the vanity, I did not poop once during my stay(I am shy pooper).

Easy 5/5 for a hostel. Best one I’ve stayed at so far. The staff is very friendly and speak enough English to get by, the capsules and bathrooms were very clean, and everything felt very secure. You’re given a keycard that is needed for the elevators, rooms, and your locker so that was nice. The capsule area is actually pretty quiet and people were pretty respectful not to make noise. The location was also amazing. Walking distance from everything and under a 5 minute walk to the station.

Located right near Dotonbori, this is basically a hostel with privacy. You get your own capsule as well as a locker, with two public areas (reception public, and your gender's floor public). Plenty of places to charge a laptop or phone. Very clean. Perfect for a solo traveler or couple on a budget. Staff is overall helpful, but did one person did rudely sneer at me when I had trouble connecting to the wifi which is why I gave 4 stars for that service. Regardless, I would stay again if traveling back to Osaka.

First time staying in a capsule hotel and it was great. The price was amazing. It was right in the heart of Osaka and very close to train station. The staff was amazing and the facilities were very clean and organized.

The location was very convenient to nearby points of interests (such as Dotonbori/Donki) and food (Yoshinoya!) and the usual suspect of like 7-11/FamiyMart etc. :) The capsule was very spacious for me being 165cm, although my knees says otherwise for taking the top capsule at my age. Haha. Amenity like shampoo/bodywash (charcoal based?) with extras such razor, hair bands, earplug (didn't need) or eye mask were nice for those who might have need. For a single solo traveller, it was very worthwhile for the brief stay, for the fund saved I spent on food from the various local places around the area on my gastronomic journey.

Very clean, and very organized. Pods are comfortable and easy to get in and out of, and I liked that it was more a screen than a curtain that provided privacy. One of the larger transit stations is just around the corner which was super convenient, not to mention all the Dotonbori food shops minutes away from the front door. The facility helped make special arrangements for me to get my keys when my flight was delayed, and they were very nice. The lobby was always quite busy but everyone was super respectful of the noise curfew and I had no issues. Overall I would stay here again if I’m ever in the area again.

Helpful staff, plenty of amenities, perfect location, and affordable lodging. Very close to subway and dotonbori. You could go shopping and go back to the hotel to put the luggage and keep on shopping. Plenty of showers and toilets, so I never had to wait. I like that men and women are on different floors with security key. Felt very safe. Would definitely come bask again!

初めてカプセルホテルを利用しました。初めは勝手がわからず、手探りでしたが、すぐに使い方に慣れました。ベットスペースも、程よい広さでぐっすり眠れました。トイレもメイクエリアもシャワーも、全て快適で、思わず連泊したくなりました。 ただ一点のみ、ベットに前に泊まった人のゴミ(お菓子とメイク道具)が残っていました。さほど不快になることはありませんでしたが、その点だけ改善していただけたら嬉しく思います。 フロントスタッフの方は、笑顔でとても感じが良く、気持ちが良かったです。またぜひ利用したいと思います。

전체적으로 매우 만족했고 한국인 직원분들이 계셨습니다. 직원들도 매우 친절하며 관리를 잘해서 그런가 가본 호스텔 중 가장 깨끗했던 것 같습니다. 무엇보다 위치가 좋아 혼자 난바 근처에 머문다면 여기가 가장 좋을 것 같습니다.

フロントスタッフがいなくなった22:00以降でも、事前に伝えておけば、セルフチェックインに対応してくれました。 タオル、スリッパはロッカーにあって、そこまでは土足で良いみたいでした。 女性1人でも安心して過ごせます。

地理位置很棒，離地鐵站和道頓崛很近卻不會感到吵雜。因為重新裝潢過，整體設施很棒很乾淨，櫃檯人員也非常親切，下次到大阪依然會是首選。

The location was excellent, close enough to walk to everything, but far enough away from the noise and the crowd. The staff was warm and welcoming, and would help you out with such patience. The hotel was noce and clean, and great for shopping and night life.

예상했던 것보다 훨씬 좋았어요. 위치가 훌륭하고 내부도 깔끔하고 직원분들이 너무 친절하셨어요. 프론트 직원분이 한국어도 하시네요. 다음에 오사카 올 일이 있으면 꼭 여기서 묶을 거에요. 어메니티도 정말 미쳤고 시설도 잘 돼있어서 완전 추천해요!

Good price with great location to main tourist area, and within walking distance to Dotonbori and osaka namba station. Reception was very friendly and helpful. An excellent selection of amenities available at the lobby. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Just minutes away from the subway and dotonbori
Great location, realy close walking distance to the main steet of the well-loved dotondori, plenty of conbini and restaurants nearby and close to namba train station. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and many amenities provided for free. The staff were very attentive and friendly.

Location was great, close enough to walk to everything, but far enough away where you don't deal with the crowds and noise. The staff was also warm and welcoming, and would help you out if you had any questions. Definitely will stay here again and recommend this to anyone ataying in Osaka.
