Unique onsen experience with stunning view

Great stay overall. New hotel with stunning landscape. The rooftop onsen is amazing, strongly recommend to go. Hotel locates right on top of a new mall, various shops and restaurants around. Very convinience. Just one thing about the cleaniness of the house keeping which i concerned. There are 2 options for room keeping service: 1. Simple cleaning, 2. Full Cleaning. I feel quite upset that no matter which options I chose, the glasses nor the cups did not clean or change for me. The coffee stain on the cups stayed for 3 days. I suggest that the hotel should clean the cups even for simple clean option. Bedding is comfortable, however, it would be great if the curtain lengh can fit the window. I think the length is a bit short that the light shine brightly through the gap no matter how I adjust.

Such a great hotel! Many amenities to enjoy and I really recommend the spa. Breakfast was top tier! Everything was enjoyable. My favorite part was our room. The view was amazing and the staff was always so helpful. They also have a coin laundry. We made sure to use EVERYTHING to our convenience. Thank you everyone for such a wonderful stay! We will be back again.

レストランの少し年配の女性がとても親切でお客様に寄り添う素敵な接客でした。 フロントさんは悪くは無いのですが、ちょっと事務的過ぎたのと笑顔が欲しいなと思う方もいました。 スカイスパは景色が素晴らしく、小さなお子様でも入れる安全な設計でした。 何度でも入りたくなりました。 サウナもテレビではなく景色を見ながらだと、心も癒され余計に長く入れました。 高温自動ローリュとサウナ好きの私には感激。扉の金属が熱くなり過ぎてて足に当たり跡がつくほどだったので暗いし閉める時気をつけた方が良いです。 朝食バイキングは品数は同じ価格帯レベルのホテルさんよりは少なめですが、味、クォリティはかなり高かったです。少食の私でも何度か追加しました。 以前、心斎橋カンデオさんの朝から鰻チラシにも驚きました。 カンデオさんならではの他のホテルに無い低価格なのに斬新的でハイレベルサービス、今後も期待します‼︎ これからも

景色は最高

まず、看板も無くホテルの入口が分からない！部屋は、夜景キレイ〜と窓に近寄ると下に目立つ髪の毛。一気に不快。軽食どころか飲み物の自販機すら1つも無い！近くのコンビニも早く閉まる！クタクタで到着してこれは苦痛。部屋のライトが暗くて朝でも鏡が使えない。ガラス張りのお風呂は、連れが入っている間トイレも洗面所も出口も行けない。しかもロールカーテンにかなりの隙間があってあんなの入れない。なぜ全部屋ガラス張りなのか... 朝食の種類は多く無く味は普通。コーンスープの酸味が強く不味かった...。お粥も、中華粥なのが微妙で普通がいい。お値段考えると不満足。お部屋、大浴場、朝食所の景色がステキなホテルでした。
