The room and common areas were clean. Laundry was easy to use and quick. Walkable to shopping and lots of dining options around. Hotel is far from the main train stations, there’s a closer station but not as many trains going to the main tourist areas. Lots of homeless people and drunks roaming the streets nearby. They didn’t bother but feels uneasy to walk at night time to/from train.

Excellent stay

i would like to thank the staff there for very accomodative towards my request. i have to checkout early from my previous hotel, and no place to put my luggage, bur the staff there helped me to take care and the staff explained very well on checkin procedures. the hotel is a 10 mins walk from JR/odeo line.you will find Lawson nearby.

It’s okay. More services and amenities could be added. Common area does not have sink or water filling area and the one at the entrance is reserved for staff. Back area at the ground floor should be remapped to give more facilities to travellers. Surrounding and neighbourhood is neither special. It’s okay for a budget stay

The hotel was recently renovated, it was very clean and the lounge area and laundry were excellent. If you are a light sleeper the train noise may bother you. On the good side, it is close to transit. The hotel is located in an area with a lot of poor, vulnerable people.

Really nice hotel in a bit odd area

The hotel was really nice. We were four people and everyone got their own bed. The room had a nice toilet and a shower. We were really pleased that there was a laundy machine and a dryer in the hotel. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. The train stations are a few minutes’ walk away and the train to the famous spots takes only about 10 minutes. The hotel’s location and area is what could be considered as a bit of a ”bad” neighborhood and there’s some homeless people around. They don’t really do anything and are mainly quite silent, even in the night. This was not an issue for us, since the hotel itself was really nice for our needs. Check-in and check-out was really fast and easy and we loved our stay.

Very unenjoyable stay, we spent 6 nights here, and setting aside the run down area with a lot of homeless people around and the uncomfortable beds, construction was happening right outside our window. We were not informed there was construction happening when booking or prior to arriving, when attempting to speak to the people at reception, they could not provide any helpful answers. Frustrating stay.

Family friendly and convenient

The hotel was great for our family of 4. The location was good, close to train stations, 7Eleven & Family Mart are all in short walking distance. The rooms were clean and modern. Love that there were laundry facilities in the hotel and dining tables to eat on if you want to bring back food instead of eating out all the time. Which can get expensive with kids. My only negative comment would be the pillows in the room. Just wasn’t enough. We needed at least two pillows on each bed, one just didn’t cut it but otherwise everything else was great. Easy checked in and checked out. Had everything we need for the price.

Actually never had to interact with any of the staff, but they seem nice. Room was great in terms of cleanliness and cost. Room was pretty big but felt like I had no room to put stuff on surfaces in the bathroom (typical in Japan). Unfortunately, windows had no sound blocking so very noisy cause the subway rail is right next to the hotel. Subway stops around 0 to 5 am though so that’s good I guess. Also a lot of homeless nearby, especially along the route to Shin Imamiya station, but they didn’t bother us. Otherwise good stay!

The faculties were new and nice. However the young cleaner was lazy and took every excuse not to clean the room. She even tried to charge us for clean towels. We were there for 4 days and not once our room had been cleaned. The area is full of homeless people making the walk to and from the hotel scary for my kids. Sleeping is a bit difficult as you are close enough to hear the trains every few minutes, eeriely these sound like the terminator coming. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
