The check in process is something we are not used to. The hotel does not have a reception area so this might pose a problem for some people. The check in processing if documents have to be done in advance. Once you confirm your booking you will receive a message with a url where you upload your documents (passport)-this is a must bec you will receive your qr code in the email provided 24 hr prior to your stay. Since they do not have a receptionist, our luggages cannot be forwarded to them so we had to forward it to the nearest yamato shipping store and pick it up there. After that, the check in process is smooth once you have your QR code. You cannot check in early. The room is clean and has it’s own washer. We couldn’t figure out the dryer situation so we hung our clothes and no problem. It’s a 10-15 walk to Dotonbori area. Just fyi

Location is convenient and facility is well maintained. Room is clean. No housekeeping for less than 7 days of stay. Need to request garbage collection and towel through QR code. Washing machine works great and bathroom ventiliation fan can dry clothes too. Note that subway exit 6 is stair access only.
