Great location. Literally right outside the gate of USJ. The beds were great. Staff was nice. Room was quiet despite being in USJ main area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The OOSAKA UNIVERSAL CITY- KINTETSU HOTEL manager allowed us to changed our room to an amazing room with the theme park view. It wasnโ€™t peak season for tourists yet probably but anyways it was so kind of them to change room detail with a very reasonable amount charged. Thank you so much.

A bit odd the next day as I was checking out, they said they had not collected the city tax of 300 yen from me when I checked and wanted to collect it as I was leaving. As I had booked and prepaid online, I presumed this was already sorted. Regardless that is an error on behalf of the hotel and chasing me down at check-out seemed a bit weird. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. It is super convenient when i am working in the area.
