Fantastic breakfast service! I already miss the Japanese breakfasts with the variety. This hotel is extremely convenient. The Izumiotsu subway station is a short 4 minute walk away and the supermarket is only 3 minutes. The supermarket has a fantastic selection of ready-to-eat choices. Also, there is a Mr Donut and a McDonalds at the base of the hotel. There are several places to eat besides these around the subway station (Nankai). The only slightly negative thing was the hotel had construction outside going on while we were there, but I feel like the hotel did everything possible to minimize inconvenience and it really didn't bother us too much.

We travel to Japan every year and prefer to stay here because of how convenient the hotel is. Izumiotsu station is a short walk, there are 2 taxi stands downstairs. The Mr Donut and McDonalds are also downstairs. Finally, the supermarket is also a very short walk away.
The hotel has been undergoing renovations for the past 2 years, but the noise wasn't bad this year. The rooms are spotless, but the common areas are slightly run down looking. I attribute some of that to the renovation as, for example, we've seen construction workers on the 5th floor.
The hotel breakfast is very good. I strongly recommend buying the breakfast with the room.
