Our room was very clean and they provide things that we would need for stay above and beyond comparing to other hotels in Japan. Beds and sheets are nice and the water pressure was fantastic. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff truly made a difference with their kindness, efficiency, and friendly demeanor. Every interaction left me feeling valued and taken care of—it's rare to see such exceptional service. Thank you for creating such a welcoming atmosphere. On the third day, our fridge stopped working, but the team quickly stepped in to provide us with a new one. They even offered to replace the milk that had been frozen in the malfunctioning fridge. Keisuke Ueda San and especially Ago San made our experience truly memorable.
