The staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. We finished the check in very fast. We had many luggage. The young lady receptionist helped to call a taxi for us and told the taxi driver to drop off us at the location where nearby an elevator.

The staff were very helpful and made our stay during special by the festive decorations, having Christmas snacks available, had a person dress as a Christmas tree, and placing a snack fill holiday boot on our doors for Christmas Day. The room was spotless. The room had pajamas, and slippers. We got a connecting room for our family. The hotel looks newer and more modern compared to the surrounding area.

Situated in the heart of Dotonbori but you wouldnt know when in the hotel as it was nice and quiet. Excellent room and all facilities, and wonderful friendly staff.

Not the best ambiance but the hotel is super practical. You can quickly get to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi but avoids the crowds. Great dining options right next to hotel. I loved the coffee and soda machines in the lobby. The A/C is not the best and don't provide smart TVs.
