Overall, our stay was okay, but there were a few challenges. The hotel was a bit difficult to find, especially since we arrived late at night, which made check-in more stressful than expected. While the staff was polite, the overall condition of the hotel did not quite match the photos online—the property felt older and somewhat outdated. That said, the room was still functional and provided what we needed for the night. With some updates and clearer directions for arrival, this place could offer a much better experience.

This hotel is in an apartment building, floors 4-8. We booked this hotel because we were looking for a location semi near the Itami airport for an early morning flight. Unfortunately, this hotel is in a NO taxi pick up area!!! Something we really wish we knew before booking.

大会利用で二泊良かった点は、夜に近隣公園での散歩。風の通りが良く、暑さを感じず散歩出来た。対応してくれた数人のスタッフの礼儀が良かった。不満点都心部の為、駐車場が遠い。立体には入らないので、荷物や人の乗り降りで停車時間が制限された。部屋に設置の冷蔵庫が故障していた。隣との壁が薄く、話し声が漏れやすい。大会等での使用の為、せっかくのビュッフェが時間制限で使用出来なかったのが残念でした。

チェックインの集中時のスタッフ人数が不足なので、カードキーを頂くのみなのに随分待たされたので不満です。対応されたスタッフに不満はありません。古いホテルなのに設備には問題ありませんし、きちんと清潔に保たれていますが、バスルームの換気が無いのは疑問です。

ツインで予約したのですが、お値段は満足でした。しかし、ベッド周りをはじめ、トイレ以外は普通に良かったてす。連泊なので最低限のお掃除をお願いしましたが、きれいにされていました。(★3つ) 洗浄便座が古くで高さも低く、水勢が弱く、お尻を濡らす程度でした。また、タオルやパジャマ類の古びた感は否めませんでした(★2つ) 要改善点かと思います。(★1つ) また、朝食付きでなかったので、ベッド料金をお支払いしてバイキング方式の朝食を食べてみたのですが、品数も少なく、味もイマイチかと。(★2つ) よらしくお願いします。

よくあることですが、写真ほど綺麗ではないです。施設は古く、今時カードキーでなく、出かける時は鍵を預けなくてはいけません。私が泊まった時は中国人の団体がおり、朝食会場は混雑していた上、彼らが大声で喋るため食事に唾液が飛散しており、とても不潔でした。げんなりして駅前のスタバで朝食を取り直しました。他に選択肢がない場合以外はお勧めしません。

まず入り口が学習塾ビルの中にあり、見つけるのにとても苦労した。タクシーをお願いしたら、希望時間の20分前からでないと受け付けられないと言われ、20分前に呼んだら、それから10分後に来てしまった。外国人スタッフの日本語力不足も気になる。多分もう利用しないでしょう。
