The hotel is very modern, clean, and very near the places to visit, restaurants, and shopping in Osaka. After shopping, the hotel is so close that you can rest in between and go back out for more adventure. The bed was very comfortable. Taxis are nearby as well in case you need it.

Everything about this hotel is on point. The rooms are so clean. The location is in the center and easy to navigate around. I really love the area. The front desks are all pleasant and helpful. The breakfast is authentic Japanese with variety. I will definitely stay here again.

Travelled as a family of 3 in September and the location was perfect. Close to all the major attractions of Dontonbori and Namba. The only negatives we found of this hotel was the wifi signal was VERY weak (we were on the 3rd floor) and the room was very dark - even with every light turned on. Apart from those 2 issues, a great place to stay.

Great family room - still space for suitcases and seating even with the 2 additional roller beds. As many have noted the room is very dark at night time with very dim lights- this isn’t as much of an issue through the day with the blinds drawn. Shower and bath are great - separate toilet and 2 sink areas are also appreciated when travelling with family. We had breakfast included and was very happy - there was a lovely selection of Asian and Western dishes and fresh fruit and a coffee machine. Seating is limited to small tables but we always found enough to accommodate our large party of several families travelling together. The foyer is very nice and the separate seating area with pool table was a nice touch. The location is perfect - lots to walk to in any direction and we didn’t find street noise a problem.

I would love to stay here whenever I'm in Osaka. Only a few steps to Dotonbori and Nanba station. The floor to ceiling glass window was superb. It's amazing, it was so hard to leave. Breakfast was also wonderful✨ There's a Family Mart beside the hotel, and Starbucks nearby. Staff were helpful. Hope they remember my comment about the pillows :)

Very good location, the afternoon tea needs reservation and the restaurant only has food some hours of the day. The izakaya right across the street has amazing food and is cheap. The room has a cool edgy vibe so does the whole hotel.
