We had a great time and enjoyed staying at this hotel. The hotel guidance is very complicated and needs to be more straightforward. For example, there needs to be information or directions next to the floor button on the elevator about where the main lobby is. I need a map display in the main lobby or to find where the restaurant I should go to to have breakfast. Everything could be organized better. The cleanliness, updated room, food, and services are good. The hotel men would need to communicate with customers simply by asking, for example, how their stay or day went. The hotel would need to communicate by considering the customer's side. That would make me feel more welcome and warm. Other than that, thank you very much.
