今回は夏パスを利用した万博通いの際の宿として利用しましたが、夢洲まで中央線一本でアクセスでき、長田駅始発の列車に乗れば100%座れるので快適に移動できました。 別の店舗におけるリッチモンドさんのヘビーユーザーですが、サービスに関してはこちらも十分満足しました。朝食に関しては、コロナが明けてバイキングに戻ったようですが、上記の別店舗よりも良かったです。その店舗にはないラウンジでソフトドリンクも22時まで飲み放題なのもありがたかったです。 大阪に来る機会があれば、また利用させていただきます。

I was happy with our stay, easy to ride the train/ subway...felt safe when traveling later than normal. Want to specifically speak to the kindness, sweetness and hard working cleaning staff who do a lot behind the scenes (5 Stars).
