Amazing customer service from the hotel. It has all basic amenities including umbrellas for you to borrow for a rainy day. The included breakfast was traditional Japanese style and it was really good. They have staple items as well as a few that change daily. The room and bathroom itself was clean and well maintained as well. So overall an amazing hotel!
