This hotel was absolutely fabulous! We had a corner room with a fantastic view. We ate at their restaurants twice for brunch which was outstanding and once at Oh Lala that was delicious. I can not say enough good things about this hotel. Bravo W Osaka!

We were disappointed with a few aspects of this hotel given the cost amd therefore higher than usual expectations. Payment options were limited, the room service food was disgusting and extremely expensive, and the pool was only open to children 3 hours in the afternoon (generally when we had tours, and the pool was a main reason booked for our 10 year old son). The staff are quite stuck up, and when you dont look rich like some others grt looked down upon. The area is ok, the room is lovely and the buffet breakfast was good.

オプションで朝食を付けましたが、メニューが豊富で大変美味しく、高価ですが価格以上の価値がありました。ベッドもW大阪ではダブルベッドで想像以上の寝心地でぐっすり眠れました。間取りも面白く、バーカウンターやドリンクも充実、お風呂も湯舟のサイズが大きく快適、シャワールーム、トイレの設備も充実、アメニティも高品質で大変満足なホテルでした。また泊まりたいと思わせるホテルです。

The design of the bathroom is very inconvenient - no door to shower area, plus the wardrobe, toilet, basin all in an open area, when one person is showering there can’t be access to everything other than the bed. The breakfast buffet is exceptionally great
