Staff member’s are very helpful and wonderful customer service. Room is clean and clean towel daily. Everything is walking distance. Would stay here again.
If you're planning to stay near Dotonbori, Osaka. I recommend this hotel 100%, it's walking distance from the area, restaurants, shopping strip/malls. The staff is very friendly and offer luggage services. The AC works amazing in the hotel rooms and small fridge is available. Laundry services are also provided.
Hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk from the station. The room was clean and perfect for our trip. The hotel does not service the room during your stay but they provide new towels and are able to clean your trash everyday. The area surrounding the hotel is dōtonbori so there are plenty of dining options near the hotel. Hotel area is very walkable but also near the nightlife scene so if you do not mind it, then the hotel is a great stay.
This hotel is very conveniently located near shopping and the Dotonburri area. It is very lively at night and into the early hours. Great if you want that vibe. Not great if you’re driving since the roads are narrow and crowded with people but great if you’re walking around.
The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. It is in a club nightlife area but you can not hear any of that inside!
Even if nightlife isnt your thing it will not keep you up because the room is so quiet. It is walkable to all the the amazing food!
We could not figure out how to work the TV but we went to sleep so fast we never even needed it.
We would stay here again.
This hotel is right where you need to be! Clean great location, the room we had was spacious. Great water pressure in shower..only gripe is that people who arent staying there just hangs out in the lobby after the front desk staff leaves. Luckily you need a key to uae the elevator as someone without a keycard tried going up with me.
Good hotel and the location is amazing. The rooms are spacious for that price range. The check-in and checkout process is smooth. Make sure you checkout on time or you’ll be charged. The hotel is right behind Dotonbori area and Shinsaibashi shopping street. The area is packed with restaurants and street food vendors. You’ll never run out of options for food. Family Mart and 7-11 are few steps away and Don Quijote is across the street from the hotel in front of the parking lot. It’s open 24/7 so you can shop for chocolates and souvenirs if Osaka is your final stop. A lot of bars and nightclubs in front of the hotel for those who enjoy the late hour night life. I like the hotel because the rooms feel premium and quiet. I’m definitely coming back again
Great location to Dontonbori but bring your Clorox
Great location in Dontonbori. Breakfast was worth $12 if you’re too lazy to go out. W/D in lobby and detergent sold at front desk.
Beds are low and hard. Several things broken in room like bed lamp, safe couldn’t open, room was covered in dust everywhere. Bring your own Clorox wipes.

Great location to be in the heart of Dotonbori. Walk outside and everything is right there. About a 10 minute walk from nearest train, so that was a bit far. Area gets loud and busy at night, but we didn’t have any noise issues. Room was smaller than pictured but had everything we needed. The bathroom could have been much cleaner. There was black mold and hair from previous tenants.

It would be great if they gave two key card for two of us and the fridge is working properly. Staff is very helpful and replace the fridge right away but the new one cannot keep cool either. So I have to drink beer at room temperature.
Pretty standard hotel, but we weren't really prepared for the vibe of the Dotonbori neighbourhood. Thank god for the blackout blinds, and we were high enough that there wasn't any noise bleeding in, but be prepared for a Vegas-like experience when you get outside and start walking the streets. Neon signs, street food, night clubs - wasn't what we were looking for.
Very nice hotel, extremely quiet. located in a very attractive area, right behind Dotombori and the Donki store. Also, a block away from Shinsaibashisuji shopping street. An all around solid option for visiting Osaka. Highly recommended.

Room was dark. Great location for dining, clubbing, but would not be ideal for family.
