"Our stay at Risonare was awful from start to finish. When we arrived they told us there would be a significant extra fee for our 1-year-old to stay with us (I was pretty sure we booked the reservation with a child included, but regardless, this is the only hotel out of 6 that we stayed at in Japan that charged extra for a child under 2 years old). "It was cheap, but I encountered 6 different bugs plus dead bugs.
Upon entering, there were a few dead bugs and dirt on the floor by the door. As I walked into the property, a small cockroach ran across the floors towards the curtains. As I was showering, an adult cockroach crawled up through the bathtub drain and scared me! As I got on the bed, a tiny worm thing was crawling on the bed sheets. I then killed a mosquito. Then some black bug ran quickly across the wall. I then killed another...

"This couples Hotel had a lot of great ammenities and a great price. Non-smoking room did smell of smoke and there weren't a lot of places to go to within a 15 minute walk besides the pachinko parlor."
