It's clean and modern. most of the Staffs were helpful. The location is not ideal but we had no problem getting around. not really a lot of choices to shop or eat around there.

Namba Oriental Hotel
Hotel main lobby and amenities are as they post on the website but the rooms are outdated. The room had a sofa in it and it had stains on it. The carpet had bad patches and holes floor. The location of the in hotel is convenient to shops and nearby sites.
