"My wife and I arrived at 5 pm and were checked in by a very friendly female desk clerk. When we got to our room, we discovered our toilet was stopped up. The front desk did not offer any help with the toilet other handing me a plunger. After opening up the toilet, I asked the front desk if I could have a 1 pm checkout in exchange for the plumbing work. The female clerk granted my request and said she'd leave a note for the am clerk. At 11 am next day, Sabrina, the general manager, called my wife in the room and told her she had to leave the hotel in 15 minutes or be charged another day. She told my wife a late check out was not granted. When I came back from gassing up the car, I was at the front desk and Sabrina, the manager, told me nobody authorized a late checkout and called me a liar stating that no female clerk was on duty the day before to give me a late checkout. Finally, she had to admit there was a female trainee on duty after I made her check on her computer, but that the trainee didn't have authority to grant the checkout. I explained that if the manager had the trainee on duty then that person had authority. The manager yelled that I was being mean to her and we needed to leave or get charged another day. My wife and I are both 78 years old and I'm a retired judge. If you read this, do yourself a favor and RUN DON'T WALK to a different hotel."
"The room itself was dated which would have been fine if it looked clean. There was rust that looked awful in the toilet and white splatter marks of something on the doors. Glue or some gunk in the shower. The towels should have been white but were very dingy and we had to get another set at the front. Those were white thank goodness."
"Had a roach crawl across the other bed where my son was going to sleep.. he ended up sleeping with me as we were only there long enough to get maybe 6 hours of sleep. Also if ur looking for a breakfast this is NOT the place they say continental id say barely a contin... literally I think 2 cereals seem bread and a bagel thats it.. theres a chik fil a next door tho!"
"Simple and cost effective. Decent little
Breakfast, quiet and rooms were clean.
Staff was very polite and helpful. Beds were actually super comfy. 2 adults and 3 kiddos. TV options were none, but honest reviews, that would be the only downside if you spend time in the room.
Will definitely stay there again when we go through"
"Parking was easy, and room was clean; I checked in at 1:30AM after a concert and was out by 7:00AM the next morning. Breakfast was free and it was nice to be able to grab it before getting back on the road."
