"The hotel is very nice"

"The view from the breakfast restaurant is really beautiful."

"Breakfast was amazing!! I’ll come back!!"

"Nice, clean, and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Great stay!"

"Room with terrace and sea view good value but small. Location of hotel not great for visiting main tourist spots."

"When we were in the breakfast room, the milk was cold, one of the workers inside the kitchen with the white chef's hat accidently noticed later he personally brought us hot milk. It was so nice"

"Clean rooms good breakfast options and helpful staff"

"Room was clean and quiet. Only stayed one night. Near public transportation and 30 min from the airport."

"Clean room and staff was so good"

"Breakfast can be improved with more varieties and food choices"

"Staff were helpful. Hotel was close to easy transport access"

"Yes,very clean and cozy "

"Excellent location and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit"

"Temiz oda tek sorun ses yalıtımın olmaması"

"Room was ok, nothing special but good be improved. With price i paid i cant complain. If i had paid what hotel was charging then yes i could see areas of complaint like window kept opening as lock not working, noodles in kettle so not been cleaned from previous customers. You get what u paid for so i dont have complaints. Staff were brilliant. Very friendly. Would defo use hotels.com again. Great price and good communications"

"Good value for money. Checked in 2am. Staff was helpful and polite. Despite time was offered Turkish coffee at check in. Room was basic but clean. Bed comfortable. Only downside experienced was the noise from other rooms as well as street noise. But since I sleep like the dead, it did not bother me too much. Recommend Viyana Suit Otel."

"This so-called “hotel” is a complete scam. They contacted me after I booked, asking me to cancel the reservation myself because of major construction, flooding, and full closure of the facility. They promised a refund “as soon as they received the cancellation.” It’s been over a week, and I’ve received nothing, no refund, no response, and no proof that the place even exists. I’m now stuck in a long, frustrating process trying to get my money back through legal and bank channels. Please don’t...

"Great hotel close to the bus station. It is a bit of a walk from the trains but quite a pleasant walk. There is a shopping mall nearby where you can eat nice food and also have a playroom for kids"
