The hotel itself is fantastic, especially the breakfast and location. However, due to ongoing construction in region for whole Tersane project, access to hotel is not so easy (impossible on foot) and waking up with noice of construction is not so pleasant. That will be surely one of attraction points in Istanbul soon, but currently it is just a very good hotel...

Exceptional Stay in Heart of Istanbul

The new Rixos hotel was absolutely fabulous! From the stunning views to the thoughtfully designed interiors, every detail was impeccable. Its central location made it easy to explore all the historic neighborhoods along the Golden Horn, whether by taxi or private water transfer. A perfect blend of comfort and convenience, it’s an ideal choice for both longer stays and layovers. Highly recommended—I would definitely return! Staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating.

I stayed at Rixos Tersane Istanbul for 9 days. Overall, the experience was pleasant, but unfortunately, the noise from the ongoing exterior renovations affected the comfort of the stay. The hotel's location is beautiful, and the facilities are elegant and well-maintained. However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of variety and options offered within the hotel amenities.

Spacious room, clean food and dinning was excellent only issues were the service in restaurants were slow and staff looks lost you don't feel welcomed. But the staff at the front door were nice and Mr. Kaan from concierge were excellent.

This hotel is beautiful but you should keep in mind that Tersane as an area is under construction so there is not much to do around there. Parts of the hotel are also under construction but I didn't feel disturbed by that. Staff are hit and miss. Reception staff were great. Poolside staff less so. If you are looking for a luxurious hotel where you can relax on a sun lounger with amazing views, this is it. If you want to explore Istanbul then perhaps consider staying somewhere more central.

Peaceful Istanbul hotel

Very nice hotel in a new up and coming area of Istanbul. Right on the water. Seems that it used to be some sort of industrial complex before. The main hall is very nice. The breakfast buffet is a dream. Service is impeccable. A nice shout out to the concierge lady. Super helpful. The room was well set, with 2 separate areas which worked well for our daughter and usa. The construction outside was a bit annoying. The shower leaked into the main bathroom floor. But everything else was amazing. Definitely recommended for families, with great views of the city, but without all the noise of the downtown streets.

Really beautiful stay . We extended several times. The hotel itself is very new and grand . The spa and gym is brand new , a massive space , very high tech . The staff are so helpful and assisted with booking beautiful surprise valentines reservation for me . It has exceptional selection of coffee / cafe / restaurants ect downstairs . It’s just so cheap for what is it . I would expect a hotel of this standard to be double the price . We will definitely return as soon as this week while we are still in Istanbul . Also I had one of the heat Blowdry of my life in the salon at Rixos ( -2 level ) have attached pic . I never even leave reviews generally but just so happy with Rixos . I actually lived in Rixos in Dubai years ago and I can say that Istanbul one is the same great standard.

I've been that hotel end of the November for 7 nights. It was business trip but i have had nice holiday in that hotel. is the best hotel in Istanbul i never ever stayed. The hotel itself is fantastic, with an incredibly clean and well-designed property. You cant imagine how beautiful decorated that hotel. You can feel very valuable in that hotel be ause hotel staff was very polite and caring. The staff is friendly from the welcome people to the restaurant staff and professional, creating a refined and enjoyable atmosphere throughout. The food and drinks were exceptional, and the restaurant was absolutely stunning. The view was absolutely amazing you can watch to lovely historical places whilist drinking your lovely cocktail. The guests were respectful, and the overall ambiance was peaceful and relaxing. Everything was simply perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Many thanks to All Tersane Rixos family members. I will definitely back to hotel in January

We enjoyed staying in Rixos hotel The room very pleasant and partially look in ocean Clean a staff helpful They gave us complementary breakfast and was so many verities We tried the other two cafes was nice Godiva and There is a the mall beside us and many restaurants and cafes. Actually we had short 2 nights only but we enjoyed the hotel and area is new and beautiful
