Bon personnel qui efface les petits défauts

3 chambres pour 6 personnes sur 2 nuitées prises pour un festival. Arrivée tardive mais le personnel a été vraiment très sympathique et accueillant. Seul bémol, fallait forcer pour fermer ou ouvrir la porte de la salle de bain d'une des chambres, ce qui provoquait pas mal de bruit. Hormis cela , parfait pour notre séjour.

Ich habe das Hotel nur zum Schlafen gebucht und kann daher nicht viel dazu sagen. Das Zimmer war ordentlich und für die eine Übernachtung ohne großen Aufenthalt im Zimmer hat es vollkommen gereicht. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Die Umgebung wirkt sehr industriell und alleine hätte ich mich wahrscheinlich dort nicht wohl gefühlt. Ich weiß nicht wie die öffentliche Anbindung ist, da ich mit Auto dort war.

l'hôtel ibis budget de Cergy Saint Christophe

J'ai récemment séjourné à l'hôtel ibis budget de Cergy Saint Christophe et j'ai été accueillie de manière très agréable dès mon arrivée. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est facilement accessible, ce qui a facilité mes déplacements pendant mon séjour. Cependant, j'ai été un peu déçue par la qualité de la chambre, qui était passable, ainsi que par la propreté de la salle de bain qui laissait à désirer. Malgré ces petits inconvénients, la gentillesse et l'amabilité du personnel sur place ont largement compensé ces désagréments, ce qui a contribué à rendre mon week-end agréable. Dans l'ensemble, je suis assez satisfaite de mon séjour à l'hôtel ibis budget de Cergy Saint Christophe. Il reste quelques points à améliorer au niveau de la propreté des chambres, mais l'accueil chaleureux du personnel a fait de mon expérience un moment agréable.

Lit double fait avec 2 matelas 1 place non fixé entre eux par une fermeture éclair tres dérangeante pour dormir car ça gène. L'aspirateur dans le couloir à 19h30, bruit exterieur tout le temps dût à la centrale du chauffage. Pour 74 euros la nuit, c'est vraiment abusé.

La borne d'accès automatique n'était pas fonctionnelle. Le check in poivant s'effectuer à partir de 14h alors que l'accueil est fermé de 10h à 17h en journée. Le reste du sejour était correct en terme de rapport qualité/prix. Par contre les abords de l'hôtel étaient jonchés de poubelles, detritus, vélo sur la route, voitures mal stationnées...tout cela etant dû à des personnes en grand nombre usant de la voie publique et des espaces verts n'étant pas prevus à cet usage...cela n'était pas pratique ni rassurant

Quartier qui craint !! Hôtel en mauvais état !!

Le quartier craint vraiment, le portail n'est pas fermé donc on ne sait pas si la voiture sera encore là le lendemain matin malgré que le réceptionniste m'ait assuré qu'il serait fermé la nuit !!! Retour de mariage à 3H30 et ouvert !!! Nous avions une chambre séparée seulement par une porte avec les voisins donc 6H30: La fiesta, pas dormi !!! L'hôtel est en mauvais état mais les chambres très propres. Bref, à fuir !!! Et pourtant je ne suis pas difficile normalement mais il y a des limites !!!
