  • Merlschober Apartment No. 4 in Alt-Ossiach offers 40 m² of space for up to 2 guests. You have 1 bedroom, 1 living/dining room, 1 bathroom, and a separate toilet. The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen, filter coffee machine, private balcony with lake and mountain views, and a TV. Enjoy direct access to a private beach area of approx. 2,000 m² on Lake Ossiach, including a boathouse with cabins for your use.



    The spectacular and romantic gorge trail to the Ossiacher Tauern is very popular. In the immediate area, you will find numerous cycling routes for road cyclists, mountain bikers, and leisure riders.



    The house is in an absolutely quiet location in a 30 km/h zone.

    Our accommodation, renovated in 2025, is just 100 meters from our private beach on Lake Ossiach. The house offers both tranquility and a wide range of sports activities throughout the year—summer, winter, spring, and autumn. Water sports, cycling, and winter sports are easily accessible in the immediate area. Hiking trails start right at the house, inviting you to enjoy long hikes and family-friendly walks.
