"Pros: Matteo is a very attentive host. His vacation house has been restored in a very inspiring way, leaving all sorts of details intact. Naggio is a tiny hill village, and is a good starting point for hikes in the region. We had a very nice stay in his place, and we can recommend the place. Two points of attention for guests. "Nice quiet location about 15 minute drive from Bellagio. Nice host and clean house. Two surprises that caught us off guard…first, though there were two bathrooms advertised, but there was only one shower for four people. Second and more significant, there was no heat in the unit until mid October. The weather was in the upper 40s/low 50s at night, so the house was downright cold most of the time. "Property is beautiful, and felt like home. Owner was very responsive to last minute issues. Very close to the bus stop. Once you are in the COMO area, be ready to walk. The UBER, Taxi are not reliable at all and the bus service is very poor during the day, but runs free service at night after 7/730 pm, which is pretty regular and nice. Will stay here again on my next visit as well, may be will bring less luggage... lol."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The hotel and room were both clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating of all our requests. We loved the beach club with access to the lake and their floating dock as well as their pool. The drinks and food were all delicious. The hotel is a romantic hotel. The town and hotel were a beautiful experience. Highly recommend."

However, upon arrival, we were still shocked by the location: it is situated in an industrial zone rather than a residential or commercial area. Aside from the poor location, everything else was fine, especially considering the affordable price we paid."

"The room was clean but under the bed was very dusty. A handle fell off the door to the balcony. Reported this to reception and it was repaired the same day. Two lights not working in the bathroom. Staff friendly and helpful. Level of English good when required. Air conditioning excellent. Parking good. Free in the sun. We paid for underground secutr parking. Good breakfast buffet."
