The “Al Signorino” Apartment is the perfect retreat for those dreaming of a relaxing and beautiful Lake Como vacation. Recently renovated, it offers spacious interiors (over 120 sqm) with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and a stunning covered terrace with lake views—ideal for scenic lunches and dinners.



Accommodating up to 8 guests, it’s especially suitable for families with children, offering comforts such as a crib, high chair, baby bathtub, toys, and PlayStation.



Located in a charming hillside hamlet, the apartment guarantees absolute tranquility, far from traffic and smog. The setting, typical of villages between lake and mountains, features alleys and stairways, providing an authentic atmosphere and breathtaking views. The house is not directly accessible by car, but has a private, unattended parking space nearby.



Bedrooms and bathrooms are provided based on the number of guests; additional requests are available for an extra charge. Children up to 3 years stay free in a crib.



Within minutes you’ll find restaurants, bars, a minimarket, bus stop, public beach, boat rental (no license needed), bicycles, and sports activities. Pharmacy, bank, and ferry pier are about a 15-minute walk away.



Check-in is from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm (extra charge for late arrivals, not available after midnight). Tourist tax applies for an extra charge. Experience Lake Como like a postcard in an authentic, peaceful, yet well-served lakeside village.

Marianna was an excellent host! The location is conveniently located next to Bellagio. She was responsive and helpful in making great local recommendations. The place was exactly as advertised; clean, beautiful view to the lake and more than enough beds to fit a whole family. Excellent choice!

Great View, Close to Bellagio

Very nice place, perfect for our family. A short drive from Bellagio. it had all the amenities we needed. Wonderful balcony overlooking Lake Como. Marianna is a great host. She helped us with a lot of details and suggestions. Lezzeno is underrated in the reviews of Lake Como. In addition to proximity to Bellagio, it had several very good restaurants. Stone House was one of the best restaurants I have been to. Be aware, parking is difficult all along the lake, but not impossible.
