The two bedrooms rooms in our apartment were beautiful. The bathroom was spacious and nice, it was very private, we could have stayed here a while. The Hotel is spread across a few different residences in nearby streets, but it's a nice quiet and pretty neighbourhood and very convenient as well. There was a good coffee machine and televisions in each room.

The rooms are scattered in an area that is a 5 minute walk to the heart of town for the farthest rooms. There seemed to be plenty of on street parking-some in pay spots (.60 euro/ hour) and some in free spaces. Our room was very spacious with a small kitchen, a jacuzzi bath & even a rooftop sitting area. Breakfast was a typical European continental breakfast but the croissants, cakes and pastries were fresh & very good.

A gem of a place

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Old Town Ostuni. Fantastic roof top terrace and lovely bathroom. The bed was also wonderfully comfortable. And we were greeted by Rita, the concierge, who was very lovely and couldn't do enough to help. Highly recommended

Off the beaten path but well worth it

I would have rated it higher if I could just in service alone! The entire staff was super friendly and helpful. When we got lost getting to check in, they spoke with the driver to get us there. They took our bags to the room because we were early and did so much more. The huge tub was a great addition after a long hot day. I couldn’t recommend this place any more. It’s a total must stay in the area and I look forward to staying there again

Overall nice stay but a bit inconvenient

Overall nice stay! Communication was difficult ( their English is very limited.). My room was away from a reception so it was inconvenient unfortunately. Reception wasn’t open all day so arriving sooner asking them to keep luggage was difficult. Very convenient location excellent! Crews were kind. Thank you for your hospitality.

Lovely location

We stayed in a family suite and it was spacious with 2 bedrooms and a living area and separate bathroom. The beds were comfortable and we were just a few minutes walk from the main square. It was really quiet in the street although we were so close to the centre. We arrived in the middle of the afternoon when it was at its hottest and made the mistake of walking up hill through all the little streets. Would recommend walking the much easier route through the main square and past the Park of Remembrance if you’re coming up from the bus stop! Also, you’ll need cash for the bus into town if you’re arriving by train. The breakfast had limited choice but was very nice and we were shown to our rooms by a friendly member of staff who showed us everything we needed.

Great location, parking not an issue

Great, small hotel at great location. We stayed in the Diamante room which was luxurious with a large spa. We visited the hotel at the same time as the town was hosting a folklore festival. The stage was set at the bottom of the stairs by the hotel, so we could enjoy the show from our spacious balcony. Parking at the harbor was no problem once we had found a legal spot, and from there it was just a five-minute walk up to the hotel. We can highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Dama Bianca We don’t feel safe in this room. The door has been shaking all night, and there are visible gaps that allow people in the common area to see inside our room.

Nous avons été déçus par notre séjour dans cet établissement. La chambre qui nous a été attribuée ne correspondait pas du tout à celle que nous avions réservée, et aucun geste commercial n’a été proposé par la direction, ce que nous avons trouvé regrettable. L’isolation phonique est inexistante : nous avons été gênés par les bruits de la rue et ceux des voisins du dessus. Des taches d’humidité étaient également visibles sur les murs. Autre point négatif : l’adresse indiquée sur Google Maps est incorrecte. Nous avons dû appeler la réception, puis attendre qu’une employée vienne nous chercher, ce qui n’est vraiment pas pratique et montre un manque d’organisation. Le point positif reste la localisation de l’hôtel, qui permet d’accéder facilement au centre-ville.

Godt men svært tilgængeligt

Meget hyggelig beliggenhed. Egen top terrasse og god morgenmad. Savnede at lys kunne betjenes fra sengen samt natborde. Vores værelse lå på 1 sal. Adgangen var via to trappeopgange begge stejle og smalle. Kan derfor ikke anbefales til ældre, svagelige, gangbesværede samt nogle med kufferter over 15kg.

Trevligt boende med bra läge.

Mycket trevlig och välkomnande personal. Rita, kvinnan som jobbade vid frukosten och vid check-out var fantastiskt trevlig mot oss. Hon gav otroligt fin sevice. Bra frukost med bästa kaffet. Rummet var väldigt vackert och sängen var bekväm. Branta trappor som inte är bra för den som har svårt att gå. Tyvärr var bubbelpoolen väldigt smutsig och gick inte att använda.

El hotel está bien ubicado, la habitación muy cómoda, solo que si no es por una persona que se hospedaba ahí no hubiésemos dado nunca con la recepción que quedaba en otro lado, el hotel debería avisar eso
