The property is located in the heart of Ostuni’s historic centre, offering a splendid view of the city, in an area with plenty of amenities and just a short walk from the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta, Piazza della Libertà, and all the city’s other main attractions.

The apartment is laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with a single sofa bed, dining table, and TV;

- KITCHEN with induction cooktop, electric toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, a clothes rack, a chest of drawers, and an open shower;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, and toilet with bidet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, split-system heating/air conditioning (in the bedroom), washing machine (in the kitchen), iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.

7 days before your arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax. We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests in Italy.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013).

In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C



Keys must be picked up between 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. at our office at Corso Mazzini 201 in Ostuni, about a 10-minute walk from the apartment.



After 9:00 PM, check-in directly at the apartment is available with the following additional fees:

- 21.00 - 23.00: EUR 25.00;

- 23.00 - 24.00: EUR 30.00;

- 24:00 - 01.30: EUR 40.00.



The tourist tax will be collected in cash for the first 5 nights, as required by the municipality of Ostuni.



Ostuni, known as the White City, is one of the most charming gems of Puglia, nestled on a hill overlooking the blue waters of the Adriatic Sea. Its historic centre, a maze of cobblestone alleys, stone arches, and stairways, is made unique by its characteristic whitewashed houses—a tradition that brings light and harmony to the urban landscape. Strolling through its narrow streets means immersing yourself in a timeless atmosphere, where the scent of fresh bread and flowers on the balconies accompanies every step.

Among the must-see sites are the majestic Gothic cathedral with its elegant rose window, Piazza della Libertà with its column dedicated to Saint Oronzo, and the Civic Museum, which recounts the ancient history of the region through the Santa Maria d’Agnano Archaeological Park.
