A charming and cosy apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, equipped with all the main amenities and featuring a PRANA controlled mechanical ventilation system for air treatment. It is located outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) but less than 10 minutes from the historic centre, less than a 15-minute drive from the Ostuni marina and its fabulous beaches, and just a short distance from the entrance to the ring road, which provides easy access to must-see destinations such as Fasano, Locorotondo, and Martina Franca.



The 60-square-meter apartment is located on the ground floor of a building with a separate entrance from the street (please note there is 1 step at the entrance) and features a PRANA mechanical ventilation system, designed to ensure a healthy indoor environment by expelling stale air and harmful substances and restoring optimal ventilation conditions.



The interior is laid out as follows:

- KITCHENETTE equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, electric kettle, moka pot, conventional oven, and small electric toaster oven

- LIVING AREA with a sofa and TV

- SLEEPING AREA with a double bed and built-in closet

- LOFT BEDROOM with a double bed accessible via a wooden staircase (please exercise caution if travelling with small children).

- BATHROOM with toilet, bidet, and shower stall.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, convection heater, fan, drying rack, iron, and ironing board. Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



Note: The fireplace is NOT usable.



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which the system may be operated and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Ostuni Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



Keys must be picked up between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM at our office located at Corso Mazzini 201 in Ostuni, a 5-minute walk from the apartment.



After 9:00 PM, direct check-in at the apartment is available with the following surcharges:

- 21.00 - 23.00: €25.00;

- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00;

- 24:00 - 01.30: €40.00.



The tourist tax of 1.00 euro per night per person will be collected in cash for the first 5 nights, as required by the municipality of Ostuni.
