"Very well located hotel in Ostuni. The staff very helpful, the bathroom was really nice, the bed very comfortable. Everything very clean. Good amount of storage. The only drawback is that the curtains allowed light to filter in the morning and I forgot my eye shades, so the light woke me up every morning earlier than I wanted. The picture hotels.com had of the room we booked is not from the room we booked. We expected a balcony and we just had a panoramic view through a window. They were fully booked so we had to stay with the Panoramic room we booked. Not the one we expected. Very happy with the stay anyhow."

"Daytime and late night staff were friendly and helpful. Afternoon staff person not so much. Website says shuttle available around immediate area and to airport, but when we inquired were told by afternoon person we could not use van to get to bottom of hill (with our luggage) for our car pickup and also before stay when I asked about shuttle service to airport, we were directed to make our own arrangements- they did not provide. I would recommend clarity on use of shuttle. Aslo- music entertainment in the square echos off buildings and the noise until 1:30 am was unfortunate."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Ostuni Palace Hotel Ristorante & Spa. The location was fantastic, with beautiful views of Ostuni right outside the hotel and only about a 10-minute walk to the historic centre. Our room was very clean and spacious, and the bathroom was surprisingly large, which was a nice bonus. The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained, and breakfast was very good with a great selection. Another big plus was the free parking, which made having a car in Ostuni so much easier. Breakfast and parking being included made the stay even better value. We didn’t get a chance to try the spa during our stay, but it’s a nice option to have on-site. Overall, a beautiful hotel in a great location for exploring Ostuni."

"Everything was great. The only thing I would say is the parking is across the street. With kids it was more difficult to access but in the end still had a great time"

"Beautiful breakfast, so disappointed as on photos it looks like the upstairs terrace has a bar, someone comes up to take your order if your lucky , Don’t go before 6 , we sat on Saturday and no one came at all for 6 of us ,"
