It is spread over two floors:
- On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen with two sofa beds, a bathroom with a shower, and air conditioning;
- on the second floor, an air-conditioned double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a terrace furnished with outdoor furniture.

To reach the terrace, there are stairs with uneven steps. Moving between floors requires a certain level of physical fitness.
