This three-bedroom villa sleeps from two to six guests and is arranged primarily on the ground floor. The open-plan kitchen, living and dining area with TV opens onto the terrace, and the kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and Nespresso machine. There are two double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room and one with en-suite bathroom, plus a twin bedroom that can be made up as a double on request. A separate shower room with WC serves the twin room.

In the basement, there is a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and sink, as well as a private entrance to the caretaker’s apartment.
