The apartment is located in the Specchiaruzzo hamlet of Ostuni, surrounded by nature, 300 metres from the Ciclovia dell’Acquedotto bike path, and features a terrace where you can enjoy a picturesque view of the Itria Valley. For larger groups, there is the option to rent the other unit within Villa Maria La Casita, for a total of 4 guests. Parking included!<br><br><br><br>The 35-square-meter unit, with a private entrance, is located on the ground floor of a villa without an lift: you must climb a flight of 15 steps to access it. <br><br><br><br>The space is laid out as follows:<br><br>- Small kitchenette equipped with two gas burners, a moka pot, a mini-fridge, and a small electric oven<br><br>- Living/sleeping area with a double sofa bed, a built-in clothes rack in an alcove, a dining table, split AC, a desk, and a smart TV<br><br>- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower stall<br><br>- Terrace equipped with a beach umbrella, small table, and chairs.<br><br><br><br>The shared pool for the entire villa is open from June 15 to September 15 (opening dates may vary depending on weather conditions).<br><br><br><br>Additional amenities available to guests: uncovered parking spot in the garden, UNLIMITED WIFI, heating, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.<br><br>Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).<br><br><br><br>PLEASE NOTE: There is a beekeeping operation with hives in the area surrounding the villa.<br><br><br><br>Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the Municipality of Ostun.<br><br>We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy. <br><br>You can find all the information on the official AlloggiatiWeb website:<br><br><br><br>Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).<br><br>Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.<br><br>Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C.
