The Space
Thanks to a meticulous restoration, the villa has been brought to life on a stunning plot of land in the Itria Valley. Upon crossing the threshold, you are greeted by an imposing barrel vault with timeless charm and period details that immediately lend a sense of warmth and elegance to the living area. There is a small kitchenette here equipped with dishes, a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, and all the necessary utensils.
Continuing down the hallway, another barrel vault steals the show, its majestic presence welcoming you into the sleeping area. In fact, the villa can accommodate 6 guests in its three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom featuring a natural stone sink, toilet, bidet, shower, and hair dryer.

What sets Borgo Badessa apart is not only the beauty of the surrounding nature but also the wonderful infinity pool in the garden with a sun deck for exclusive use. In the spacious garden, you can also enjoy the barbecue and the magnificent trullo-shaped wood-fired oven to savour all the wonderful fresh produce that our beloved region has to offer.

-There is NO washing machine and/or dryer.
-There are surveillance cameras outside the house.

MANDATORY FEES TO BE PAID ON SITE
- Tourist tax to be paid in cash on the day of check-in (€2 per person per night)
- During check-in, you must present the identification documents of all travellers so that your information can be recorded in the Ostuni Police Department’s guest registry
- Security deposit, which will be refunded at the end of your stay
- Pets are not allowed
- Late check-in is subject to a fee
- Late check-out (if available at the property based on the calendar) for an additional fee

Note: In a single room, the double bed can be separated into two single beds if two people wish to sleep in separate beds. For organisational purposes, you must inform us the day before check-in or at the time of booking.
