"Hotel immediately felt comfortable. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Room service delivery person was very sweet. The food was prompt, fresh and good! Room was clean and smelled clean. Not perfume covering up moldy or musty smells. Sheets and bedding were obviously clean!!! It was a bit odd to be able to hear the person next door raise and lower their blinds and it was so loud it almost sounded like it was in my room. Other than that, nothing abnormally loud or distracting. Wonderful experience"

"Good place in a good spot but weather changed and it was impossible to figure out the thermostat and the property manager not helpful ie "send us a picture". We gave up trying to figure it out when we saw that it thought the date was in June---three months ago. We were all in our mid 70s and the stairway downstairs was borderline. It all worked out but it could be better."

"The outside seems unassuming and could use updating but the inside is clean and spacious. We enjoyed the view and the close by shops and atmosphere. We spent hours in the pool and had a ton of fun. Wish we brought our paddle board to enjoy on the lake but next time! The staff was very friendly, helpful and detail oriented. "
