    There is one floor in the house, every floor is 90qm. Ground floor contains living room, kitchen and bathroom. Second floor contains four bedrooms. There is three bedrooms with king sized bed and there is one room with two small beds (for one person).

    House is near freshwater spring, nature around house is untouched and air is very clean. Everything you need is around of two km from the house. There is big centre five minutes drive away from house. There you can find supermarket, bars, post office and etc. Also there is small market 100 meters away from house, there you can find all groceries you need. The centre of town Sinj is eight km away from house and sea is 35 km away from house.
    Ruda is ideal place for sport recreation type of holiday

    -Bicycling is very compelling in the area because of the beautyful and peaceful landscape, also traffic is very low so you don't have to worry about cars much
    •Skydiving
    -About 10 mins driving away from house is skydiving club
    •Kayak ride
    -Even less then 5 mins walk from house there is river Ruda. You can take kayak ride there on peaceful river.
    •Hiking
    -House is centered in pedastol of mountain Kamešnica so if you are searching for long walks or even hiking you can always enjoy beautys of Kamešnica
    •Fishing
    -If you are fish lover and you like to go on fishing river Ruda is rich with sweetwatter fish, even back then in 2010 river was host for world chamiponship in fishing
