"NOTE: REVIEW PERTAINS TO THE "RIN" NOT THE "RIN EXPRESS." A very nice experience. I booked the RIN Express (the budget hotel) but they upgraded me to the standard RIN at no extra charge as the Express hotel was being remodeled. Staff were very polite and friendly, and spoke English well (I speak very little Romanian). The hotel is within walking distance of Henri Coanda Airport (though a shuttle is available) and close to a bus stop that heads straight into the center of Bucharest. Hotel was...
