"This is the only hotel I will stay at in Bucharest! I absolutely love staying there. Although the hotel itself is beautiful and everything is perfect, the best thing about this hotel is the staff! "Could not fault the service or the accommodation provided. I had an issue with the lock (my issue as I was doing it wrong!) and had excellent communication to fix it. I would say check in with the accommodation holders ahead of time as it’s a self check in property and can be confusing "
