A comfortable 50-square-meter apartment located on the ground floor of a building with an lift, accommodating up to 4 people.

The apartment boasts a strategic location, just a short walk from the charming historic centre of Otranto. The Aragonese Castle is a 5-minute walk away, while the Cathedral and the Lungomare degli Eroi are a 10-minute walk away.

The property consists of a bedroom, living area, kitchen, bathroom, balcony, and small terrace. A private garage is available.



The apartment is located on the ground floor of a building equipped with an lift. Please note that stairs are required to access the building.



The interior layout is as follows:

- BEDROOM with a double bed and a closet;

- LIVING AREA with dining table and chairs, sofa, TV, bunk bed (for 2 people), closet, and split A/C unit;

- KITCHEN with gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, moka pot, and kitchen utensils;

- BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, bidet, toilet, and washing machine;

- BALCONY (accessible from the bedroom) with an open-air shower, sink, and chairs;

- SMALL TERRACE (accessible from the living/kitchen area) with armchairs and an outdoor coffee table.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, split-system air conditioning (1 unit in the living room/kitchen area), hair dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Lecce Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



The keys to the front door are located inside a safety deposit box that opens with a code, which will be provided upon check-in.



After 9:30 p.m., direct check-in at the apartment is available with the following surcharges:

- From 9:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. - 25.00 euros

- From 11:00 PM to midnight - 30.00 euros

- From 12:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. - 40.00 euros



The tourist tax owed to the Municipality of Otranto will be collected in cash uponarrival and amounts to:

- EUR 1.50 per person per night in July and August

- EUR 1 per person per night in April, May, June, and September.

One of Italy’s most beautiful towns, Otranto is the easternmost town on the peninsula and is considered a bridge between East and West. It features a charming historic centre—a labyrinth of narrow, winding alleys just a few metres from the sea—rich in monuments: the imposing Aragonese Castle, Otranto Cathedral built in 1088, and the Basilica of St. Peter with its Byzantine frescoes, to name just a few. Don’t miss a stroll along the famous “Lungomare degli Eroi” promenade, where you can admire Otranto’s stunning sea and stop by one of the many restaurants and bars that bring the area to life. Finally, there are numerous nearby beaches with crystal-clear waters, all just a short drive away: among the most beautiful are Baia dei Turchi, Spiaggia degli Alimini, and Torre dell’Orso.

The accommodation is conveniently located for exploring the city centre and all points of interest on foot. The nearest beach is 550 metres away. Essential amenities are close at hand: a bar, pharmacy, and supermarket are all within 500 metres.



- From Brindisi Airport, we recommend renting a car, which will take you to the apartment in about an hour. Alternatively, you can get there in about 2 hours by taking the PUGLIAIRBUS service to Lecce and then taking a bus to the Via Alimini stop, which is about a 15-minute walk from the property.



- From the Otranto train station, the accommodation is easily accessible on foot in 17 minutes (1.2 km).



- If you are travelling by car: the property is located outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) and can be reached by car. A private garage is available on-site, suitable for small vehicles. Parking is included with your stay.
